Great for Airsoft, April 9, 2012

I bought my whole air soft team these rubber knives for competition. They preform very well tactically, although I don’t recommend stabbing to hard with them, they can still injure someone. I wouldn’t recommend this knife to be used by any child in an air soft event, odds are they would hurt someone. So just be careful, and this knife will surely score some kills.

Please note! This is NOT a toy it’s very solid, and not flexible like most people would think of when they hear ‘Rubber’
It will hurt if someone throws it at you! the tip is not pointed, and it only flexes about 1/2″ (at the tip) and has a very solid feel, (feels like hard plastic).

I have dropped it, thrown it swung it and more, and it still maintains it’s original shape!

it is also very well balanced, the weight of the handle it about that of the blade.

All around a good knife for training or airsoft!

just got this in the mail today (arrived 1 day earlier than expected) and this may be the best training knife i’ve ever seen. realistic weight, great grip, solid hard rubber structure, and it looks pretty badass for the price you’re getting a solid training knife SO STOP READING THIS AND GO BUY IT!!!

In larger cities there are also “street atlases” (perhaps updated every 10-30 years) that show every single building, and some even show fire-hazard information including wood/brick construction, use (dwelling or accessory), and the owner’s name. Many town also have written histories, which may include charts of all structures and descriptions of historic properties, who lived there, where they came from, what happened to them, etc.

Good luck with your investigation.

If the property was owned by HE AND HIS WIFE, she can do whatever she chooses with her interest; including q/c to her own company.

If he had already transferred all of his interest into the trust, her deeds may be worthless. A q/c deed conveys whatever interest that party holds. If there is no interest held…… I can q/c you MY interest in his property; but as I don’t hold a fee simple interest to transfer….kind of pointless.

If the trust did not hold the property as an asset, it’s going to depend on what state, how your father held title….lots of things there isn’t enough information to sort out.

No first-time cross-stitcher should take on a project this large, it will intimidate you. But if you’ve done it once or twice, this pattern is simple to follow and turns out great. My only complaint is that I ran out of thread in one or two colors. I’m not sure what happened, but matching thread is a real pain. It very well could have been operator error.

Absolutely beautiful, August 1, 2012

This cross-stitch turned out absolutely beautiful for my daughter. I didn’t actually do it, my mother-in-law did, but she said she enjoyed completing it very much. The colors are wonderful for any kid’s room. At first I thought it may be more on the boyish side, but it’s actually great for a girl’s room. The pinks and yellows really stand out. I had it framed with a soft yellow matte and it looks wonderful.

most places are making it harder to get these days.

you usually have to show some ID and sometimes how you are related to the dead person

same goes for a birth certificate too.

Darling nursery kit for my granddaughter!, March 1, 2013

I’ve done so many large counted cross-stitch pieces in the past 40 years, I couldn’t begin to count them, but my favorites have been those I’ve done for my 6 grandchildren’s nursery rooms. This particular kit was purchased–and is currently being stitched–for my newest granddaughter, who will be born this May. I’ve done many, many Dimensions kits; and including this one, I’ve always been very satisfied. The quality of all materials, the instructions, the amount of thread included, the colors–all are very true to the picture. This picture could be used for either gender (although if I were stitching it for a boy, I’d probably substitute a different color for the large pink deer).

Great Quality and Super Cute!, May 12, 2012

This product was well packaged. The floss was good quality, better than many other cross stitch kits I’ve purchased (even some from Dimensions.) The floss is organized by color and labeled so there is no guesswork and the pattern is easy to read. The only negative comment I have is that there is plenty of floss to personalize the name with either blue or pink, but the instructions do not tell you which particular shades of blue or pink to use. I finally chose to mix two strands of light and medium pink and it came out well. Overall, a great product!
